I had a disappointing experience. The business did not open at the posted time and told me they would be opening later. The employee I spoke with was rude and made me feel uncomfortable during the interaction. Better communication and customer service would go a long way. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I love great khan so this review hurts me. The staff here was rude. They handled my bowl without a gloves and then when i tried to prevent the food from falling off my bowl they told me im not allowed to touch the food. They handed me a bowl without a glove! The staff said they rather have me spill, waster, and throw out ingredients. Thats crazy! Then they argued about the sauses they can put on the bowl, like it comes with lemon, oyster sause, garlic and chili. I was surprised because it's one price includes everything. I have never heard of one location ever changing that in 20 years. I think they need better training at this location. So sad that this experience had to happen

At this location you load up your bowl. Its expensive at $22 for the large bowl but i enjoyed it very much. They put the sauce and noodles on which was not problem. They put on alot of sauce the way i like it and stacked a generous portion of noodles. In no time at all it was done and it was good. I docked 1 star because they keep the plastic tray and hand you a very hot carton after its cooked. So handle with great care when finding a table or bring your own oven mits 🤣. This was at the food court inland center mall of san bernardino.

Visiting the IE at our kids home and we decided to order some magnolia BBQ. We want pick up so we knew the customization options would be limited. Great Khan’s was my daughter recommendation. Son in law recommended another in the area. We ordered and took the drive and although it didn’t disappoint it didn’t wow us either. The noodles were good the meat wasn’t tough. But overall just lacked a burst of flavors. Maybe someday we will go in to the restaurant and rate service and ambiance. For now solid mid road experience and food.

Disgusting!!!!!! Not only is this place overpriced for the food you get. The grill on which they make your food is filthy!!!!!! After driving 20mins from this place to my house and opening my box to eat I noticed it was tons of char from the dirty grill in my food making it COMPLETELY INEDIBLE! Every bite felt like it was dipped in sand because it was so much char. Wouldn’t feed this to my dog or worst enemy. STAY AWAY! It’s many better options in the same area for Mongolian BBQ.
